Is too drunk to be able to give a fair consent. Once again, you're inventing your own ennemies. They were clearly drunk in that helicopter, and nobody said anything about it. That's litteraly what happened in season 1 and the Joker for fuck's sake. The dynamic would be the exact same if it was with a man.
